Mums Club

Intro

Research and MVP design for a Telegram app targeting expectant mothers. The project started with a hypothesis — and was validated (or scoped) through one of the more rigorous research processes for an early-stage product.

Tasks

  • Conducted 10 in-depth qualitative interviews and 150 quantitative survey responses — 160 participants total

  • Synthesised findings to identify core user needs and pain points

  • Prioritised features using ICE scoring adjusted for operational coefficients and founder input

  • Grouped features by logical themes to build information architecture

  • Designed low-fidelity prototype covering 4 sections, onboarding flow, and login flow

Result

Research base of 160 participants delivered in 3 months, Feature set scoped and prioritised before a single hi-fi screen was drawn
