Mums Club

Intro
Research and MVP design for a Telegram app targeting expectant mothers. The project started with a hypothesis — and was validated (or scoped) through one of the more rigorous research processes for an early-stage product.
Tasks
Conducted 10 in-depth qualitative interviews and 150 quantitative survey responses — 160 participants total
Synthesised findings to identify core user needs and pain points
Prioritised features using ICE scoring adjusted for operational coefficients and founder input
Grouped features by logical themes to build information architecture
Designed low-fidelity prototype covering 4 sections, onboarding flow, and login flow
Result
Research base of 160 participants delivered in 3 months, Feature set scoped and prioritised before a single hi-fi screen was drawn
